Mini tissue pack covers sewing tutorial

I recently needed a quick and easy gift idea for the girls at my mom's group. Our theme this year is "Beautiful Mess", so I decided to do covers for mini tissue packs!

Supplies needed:
1. Scissors & measuring tape (or rotary cutter/measuring board)
2. Thread and fabric
3. Sewing machine

How to:
All you need is (3) 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 rectangles of fabric for each tissue cover.

Take 2 of the rectangles, right side down, and iron down 1" of one of the long sides.

Lay one of the pieces on top of the piece you didn't iron, right sides in like the picture below.

Place the other ironed piece opposite of the last one, right sides in and ironed edges overlapping.

Now pin.

Iron a 1/4" seam around all 4 edges.

Flip inside out, and stuff your tissue pack in there! You're done. Don't you just love easy projects?

Here's the back:

I made them in a few different girly fun prints for the ladies.

These would make cute stocking stuffers... I don't know a mommy out there who wouldn't want one for her diaper bag or purse!

Thanks for reading!
