My #1 health tip for busy mamas.

Happy Monday friends!

As mamas we are constantly taking care of everyone but ourselves. Self care is SO important though, & we can't forget that. If I were asked what I feel is the most important thing for busy mamas to do for their health, I'd say TAKE VITAMINS. 

Honestly, ever since I became diligent about taking them, my body (& mind) felt 10 x better. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ It's tough to decide on which kinds to take with so many kinds out there. The kind I'm taking currently are postnatal vitamins by @forteelements. There's a pack for AM & PM, that help restore important vitamins, minerals & antioxidants to my system.   1. This is a great tip/reminder! I took prenatal vitamins every day during pregnancy and slacked while nursing, and completely forgot vitamins existed in the last year. I need to start taking them regularly again!!
