Happy Monday friends! As mamas we are constantly taking care of everyone but ourselves. Self care is SO important though, & we can't forget that. If I were asked what I feel is the most important thing for busy mamas to do for their health, I'd say TAKE VITAMINS.
Honestly, ever since I became diligent about taking them, my body (& mind) felt 10 x better. 🙌🏼 It's tough to decide on which kinds to take with so many kinds out there.
